I graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato in 2010, obtained my practical certificate through the College of Law and was admitted to the bar in September 2010.I began my career in the legal profession working as a law clerk at O’Sheas Barristers & Solicitors in 2007 whilst completing my University studies. I've also had the privilege of working as a Solicitor with Corban Revell in Auckland where I obtained further experience in my family law practice.I have appeared before the Waitangi Tribunal, Maori Land Court, Family Court, Employment Relations Authority and District and High Court and I am experienced in advising clients in various aspects of the law including:- Employment Law- Family Law- Immigration Law- Maori Legal Issues- Property- Relationship Property- Trusts, Estates & Succession Planning- Wills & Powers of AttorneyI am a member of Te Hunga Roia Maori o Aotearoa and sat on the National Executive as the Young Lawyers Representative from 2011 to 2014. I now work with THRMoA on a voluntary basis.Outside of work, I enjoy spending my spare time with family and friends, and attending the odd NRL match as a staunch supporter of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.
