As the housing counselor, I see client who are interested in purchasing a new home. I prepare them for the home buying process. We discuss if they are financially ready and credit worthy of buying a home at this time. I assist them with credit repair and budgeting. I facilitated the pre-purchase seminars and the one on ones.
