Currently working as an Implementation Specialist in cloud-based inventory solutions for the veterinary sector, I help clients optimise their processes, improve efficiency, and successfully integrate (hardware and software) technology into their daily operations.My career has taken me across the globe, from supporting veterinary practices in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the UK to leading animal welfare initiatives for the New Zealand government. In each role, I’ve developed a deep understanding of client needs, problem-solving, and delivering results under pressure. Now, I’m passionate about helping businesses leverage innovative solutions to improve operations and customer experiences.I thrive in fast-paced environments, whether managing complex implementations, driving process improvements, or ensuring exceptional client support.
