Current•Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons across all subjects to meet the different needs of individuals.•Raise standards in line with the school development plan, contributing to the latest outstanding OFSTED inspection.•Maintain consistently high standards where children exceeded or greatly exceeded the national age-related expectations in the core subjects.•Identify areas for development and set class/group/individual targets, monitoring and evaluating interventions to ensure needs are met and achieved.•Provide professional leadership and management for allocated curriculum areas, to facilitate teaching and learning, to secure effective use of resources and manage the budget accordingly.•Monitor and support the performance of Newly Qualified Teachers and trainee teachers, providing guidance and support through the mentoring of planning, teaching and reflection, using professional dialogue to motivate, lead, support and challenge. I have guided trainees and new teachers in their own professional development to recognise their impact on children’s learning.•Use whole school close data analysis to identify the progress made and areas for development in teaching and learning across the school. This can be used to analyse trends over time as well as areas of development for cohorts of children. •Effectively use data that is triangulated with learning walks, lesson observations, book scrutiny and pupil interviews can ensure accelerated progress is made and gaps are closed. •Contribute to success rates through achieving my professional development targets in line with the whole school priorities, pupil development and subject leadership roles.•Effectively carry out risk assessments to ensure necessary safety and well-being of staff and pupils.•Report to senior management, staff and parents on the progress and attainment made by all pupils through the online tracking system and at consultation meetings.
