Having worked with PwC since 1999 I've had the opportunity to gain a vast range of experience in the pensions industry - advising trustees, corporates and individuals. Pensions and retirement planning in general are important for our society and my position allows me to have input to such issues. The continually changing pensions landscape means it is important for me to keep informed and provide clients with a quality service.As part of my role, I am a digital innovator bringing the latest technology solutions to the pensions team in a manner which enhances both the employee and client experience.Diversity and inclusion is becoming increasingly important in the the workplace and is an area which I am particularly interested. Given this interest has lead me to being the lead on PwC's gender pay gap reporting service offering.
