- Performing the due diligence procedures (KYC reports) on potential and existing clients/subcontractors/third parties, review and verification of received documentation;- Analysis of ownership structures (including multi-level) of legal entities, identification of real ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs);- Identification of discrepancies between the information on UBOs presented in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and the information on UBOs obtained as a result of carrying out client due diligence;- Conducting checks to identify politically exposed persons (PEPs), PII as well as sanctioned persons and legal entities, including estimation of PIE status for entities;- Analyzing litigations on the Unified State Register of Court Decisions of Ukraine;- Processing and analyzing a great amount of information from different sources (adverse media screenings, identifying russian connections, etc);- Thorough and consistent documentation of the research and analysis related to the KYC of the clients for an audience that includes Management;- Evaluation of existing clients according to established policies and procedures;- Day-to-day day communication with the engagement teams as well as the AML team regarding KYC issues;- Participation in the implementation of initiatives to optimize due diligence and compliance processes, including writing internal policies and creating various templates.

- Analyze and verify financial records;- Assist in the execution of high-quality audits for a variety of clients in different industries together with experienced auditors;- Conduct inventories;- Perform limited Background Checks for potential and existing clients: legal entities/individual entrepreneurs through checking litigations, sanctions lists, public listing, defining PIE statuses for entities/PEP statuses for individuals, as well as identifying ownership structures and UBOs);- Lead the functional group of 10 Interns and teach them to perform Background Checks and litigations screenings;- Structure primary documents, recalculate and verify currency exchange rates, items, counterparties, invoice prices, bank accounts, customs declarations, etc.
