Project description: a distributed system for a leading global media technology provider for the creation, distribution and monetization of media. The project is a sophisticated cloud-based platform hosted on Azure, utilizing a microservices architecture and integrated with various third-party services. The backend stack includes JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript, while the frontend is also built with JavaScript. Data is managed using MongoDB. The development lifecycle is streamlined through a CI/CD pipeline, facilitating continuous integration, automated testing, and smooth deployment of updates and new features. Kibana is used for logging and Grafana for metrics monitoring.As a QA:- Analyzing and verifying feature requests from the stakeholders - Communicating requirements to the development team on the required level of details- Preparing use cases.- Developing test documentation: test plans, test cases, test suits, check lists. - Providing complex high-quality product testing: manual testing and autotests (regression, smoke, usage, usability, integration) from both the GUI and backend perspectives, using different test methodologies (black box and grey box testing).- Reporting testing progress and defects.- API testing.- Distributing tickets.- Onboarding new team members.- Communicating with other internal teams- Knowledge - sharing sessions for colleagues.As a Scrum Master:- Organizing and driving scrum activities for the team (daily meetings, groomings, sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint review). - Improving scrum processes in the team: improving approaches to conducting daily meetings and retrospectives, changing the approach to stories creation and assessment. - Presenting team results on sprint demos. - Representing team interests in front of other teams and PO.- Ensuring in-time product delivery.- Managing requirements related conflicts and issues up to resolution
