• responsible for sales of frozen fruits and berries to all channels – industry – worldwide , Horeca and retail ( private label accounts) • successfully built long term relationships with key customers in EU and beyong• negotiation of annual contracts with key retailers• developing growth with existing clients and constant searching for new ones• exploration and opening new markets • initiating new product launches at PL accounts• generating and performing innovative /taylor made projects with chosen clients• create and deliver annual sales plans• defining sales and pricing strategies• creation and supervision over sales cost calculations• managing complaints and crisis situations• analyzing business activities of the market and competitors to ensure maximum efficiency of the market growth

• responsible for sales of frozen berries to industrial clients in Europe• continue being responsible for purchase of fresh and frozen fruits and berries worldwide

• in addition to below responsible for purchase of fresh and frozen fruits and berries , with focus on Poland , East Countries and Balticum• opening new sourcing territories in Europe and South America ( Chile , Peru) and building and developing supplier base• constant searching for new products to enlarge offerings to our clients• realization of purchase budgets , negotiation of the contracts , creating , updating and analyzing cost calculations

• responsible for export documentation in berry department• negotiation and cooperation with transport companies , customs offices and customs agencies• planning of deliveries

• responsible for sales documentation within fish department to all sales channels in Poland
