I am self-motivated, enthusiastic goal orientated person, who enjoys challenges and works until tasks are completed. I have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team or on my own. I enjoy working with and helping people, especially when a positive result is achieved. As a youth worker at a busy drop in I enjoy the variety of issues young people present with and having the unpredictability of what I will be dealing with each day. I am organised and able to manage several roles. As well as working as a youth worker I also work as advice worker, supporting refugees and asylum seekers. I enjoy developing in my roles, able to study while working full time. I am in the process of OISC (Office if the Immigration Services Commissioner) registration to become a L1 immigration adviser.
