• Development of product marketing and service plans to include marketing strategy and pricing structure for core products of Heatrae Sadia (based in Norwich) manufacturer of commercial cylinders and drinking water equipment. (B2B)• Establish route to market and price points for a range of service plans in support of new products • Brief commercial sales teams and field engineers with regards to new products and provide them with sales support in terms of driving consumer take-up of product and service plans.• Participate in defining regional promotional tools and sales tactics to drive sales of service plans and overall products e.g. micro sites, point of use marketing, technical support, trade events• Identify portfolio gaps and agree strategic actions• Establish launch criteria and support marketing requirements for direct customer base, internal customer service teams, website and suppliers and engineers in the field.• Motivate and Encourage up-take of service plans within customer service call centres.• Prepare and monitor monthly management reports with regards to plan and product sales against budget

I reported into 6 board directors and managed a budget in excess of £250k.Successfully launched two major product groups in final year which included all fulfilment marketing as well as direct product marketing campaigns and pricing strategies.
