During my internship at Shangri-La Boutique, I had the opportunity to learn and grow immensely in the areas of teamwork and communication. Our dedicated team worked hand in hand to successfully launch Shangri-La Boutique's e-commerce platform from scratch. This platform was designed to promote a wide range of retail products and services to our valued clients. As an intern, I had the privilege of supporting senior team members by assisting them with various communication-related tasks. These included creating impactful marketing materials such as EDMs and website content, all aimed at driving sales growth and fostering strong engagement with Shangri-La's esteemed guests.
