Coordination and execution of all the aspects of the syndication and placement process for project finance deals in Europe.

Participation in analysis and execution of M&A projects for UniCreditGroup. Understanding of drivers of bank performance and impacts oftransactions on bank financials and capital position

- Supporting the Top Management in Group strategic review and evaluation of potential remix of the business portfolio- Analysis of opportunities for business development based on market trends and existing competitive advantages - Evaluating of new projects or entry into new markets in terms of consistency with strategic targets, reliability of the underlying business case and potential synergies- Participation in development and implementation of a global strategy for Bancassurance partnerships including periodical monitoring and analysis

- Supervision of the credit applications prepared by the team members- Assistance and education of the junior team members - Preparation of credit proposals and financial models for the large companies of transportation, telecommunication and other sectors;- Presentation of the credit proposals on the investment and credit committees;- Review of legal documentation related to transactions.

- Cooperation with Relationship Managers in credit facilities structuring;- Financial analysis of the borrowers (large and medium companies of Oil&Gas and FMCG sectors) based on RAS and IAS financial statements; - Preparation of credit proposals (bilateral, syndicated, club, ECA and documentary facilities).
