I conducted research with the Fors Group at Cornell University on the mechanical properties of polybenzofuran, a biorenewable thermoplastic, and its copolymerization with other vinyl ethers. Some of my daily tasks included organizing steps and measurements to recreate experiments in literature, synthesizing necessary reagents, setting up and regulating.
