- Act as a supervisor role to check HK payroll & final payment (headcount: around 1,700);- Act as a master to acquire new payroll system (PeopleSoft), enhancement and maintenance & ad-hoc projects;- Responsible for Retirement Scheme (ORSO & MPF), Macau payroll (includes SSF and Pension), group medical, benefits & various insurance administration;- Assisted.

• Responsible for payroll, tax and benefit administration
• Responsible for develop new HRIS system and current HRIS maintenance, modification and upgrade
• Assist in formulating and implementing C&B policies and procedures
• Work closely with internal HR team, line departments and external parties such as insurance companies & HRIS system vendor in various C&B operations
• Participate in C&B surveys and prepare analysis & reports for management review
• Provide support in ad hoc HR assignments or projects

Hong Kong

Mainly focus on C&B, but not limited to recruitment

-Assist Human Resources Manager in all aspects of compensation and benefit programs including HK & PRC monthly payroll, commission and incentive schemes, target bonus, group medical and life insurance as well as salaries tax for the group of companies.-Carry out job analysis, C&B benchmarking surveys for HK & China and other ad-hoc projects from time to time

-Responsible for preparing quotation and invoices, handling customers’ enquiries, performing daily duties;-Prepare special orders for customers, cashier duties, data input etc;-Assist in ad hoc project e.g. auditing, book fair
