Hi!My name is Anna Lindstrom. I am a Kindergarten teacher at Locust Elementary School. This is my fifth year of teaching, and I have loved every minute of it. My goal as an educator is to create lasting connections with my students that motivate them to want to learn. I believe that keeping students engaged and motivated is key to life long learning. I practice many strategies to promote engagement such as differentiation, technology, student collaboration, a safe learning environment, project-based learning, and opportunities for student choice. Most importantly, my students learning, needs, and strengths are always at the center of every lesson.I am a passionate learner myself, and I hope that my love and commitment to learning is being communicated in my teaching.
