As Human Resources Consultant and Pool Manager of Lake Jane Estates Homeowner's Association, I volunteer to oversee the operations and maintenance of the community pool, as well as the hiring, training, scheduling, and management of 16-18 lifeguards and hut workers. I also plan and organize events, and activities for the pool and the neighborhood, and manage the pool budget and inventory. I enjoy using my interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and learning abilities to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for 3,500 patrons over 3 months annually.I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a minor in Human Resource Management, and a certificate in Sustainable Organizational Leadership from Washington State University, which I completed in May 2023 with a 3.99 GPA. I also have a Massage Therapist License from Washington State Department of Health, which I obtained in 2006. I have 16+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist in various settings, including physical therapy, chiropractic, and wellness clinics, as well as my own private practice. I am passionate about helping people improve their health, well-being, and quality of life. I am currently exploring new opportunities and challenges in the fields of psychology, human resources, and sustainability, where I can apply my skills, knowledge, and interests to make a positive impact.
