Shaping the future of sustainable hospitality via development of meaningful standards in sustainability, biodiversity, development, design & operations.

My key focus in this role is to provide strategic leadership for the Sustainability Programme including Carbon Net Zero & Net Nature Positive vision and strategy setting and programme execution across scope 1, 2 & 3.I have the accountability for delivery of strategic projects across 4 key workstreams including manufacturing operations, product eco-design, packaging and footprinting, bio-based materials, as well as sustainable sourcing and distribution. A big part of my role is focused on engagement with cross functional teams and SMEs (including Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Commercial, HR, Finance) as well as global SVP sustainability and corporate CSO to drive impactful sustainability initiatives in line with corporate agenda.Through the programme I ensure adherence to key sustainability standards (e.g., TCFD, TNFD, SBT, SBTN) as well as provide quality inputs to ESG performance repot, and facilitate delivery of key environmental KPIs including water, waste, carbon, biodiversity, eco-design and footprinting. On top of that I oversee sustainability capability building, green learning, and communications plan, as well as work closely with key external stakeholders and industry peers.

As the Project Management Office (PMO) and Transformation Director, I steered a major business transformation and organisational change initiative, implementing a new commercial strategy and operating model and resulting in more equitable access to essential medicines in alignment with our corporate ESG goals. I also supervised the human aspect of change across 650 employees in 60 markets, adhering to PROSCI/ADKAR change management framework, as well as developed and implemented a new culture framework that enabled Inclusive, Equal & Diverse social transformation.I managed team of six project managers to achieve desired business outcomes within time and budgetary constraints.

In the Project Lead role my responsibilities centered on seamless execution of business critical projects across approximately 300 off-patent products, in 6 key therapy areas and 60 markets, to ensure delivery of trusted medicines, that are accessible for patients, and sustainable for business.During my time in this role I developed multiple roadmaps and frameworks e.g., new Digital Data & Analytics framework that led to significant increase in healthcare professionals engagement.

Working as NGO Lead I engaged with key NGOs, focused at tackling complex global health challenges, particularly related to equitable access to healthcare resources, and contributed to GSK's consistent top ranking in Access to Medicines (ATM) Index.I also developed a commercial Business Case detailing GSK's strategic approach to securing and competing in NGO tenders, encompassing significant business opportunity.

Here I managed the development of GSK Government Affairs policies and position statements related to tiered pricing, access, Millennium Development Goals and Universal Health Coverage, as well as fostered strategic partnerships between GSK and external stakeholders, including the public sector (e.g., UK govt., diplomatic missions), NGOs and patient groups. I also led crisis response efforts during a critical Anti-Bribery & Corruption corporate investigation.

In this role I devised innovative a market segmentation strategy considering access, reimbursement models, and market maturity, that led to significant profit growth and improved market access. I also identified critical 'Must Win' projects across the Emerging Markets & Australasia commercial unit and played crucial role in their successful execution.

I led a cross functional team responsible for integrating External Suppliers into GSK’s Supply Chain as well as managing multiple market deployment projects & interfaces with the commercial business units around the globe.

In this role I acted as Supply Manager for several European markets (including launches, transfers, new products implementations, pack changes) as well as covered demand management aspects for shared packs within Poznań Multi-Market Warehouse.
