My current role is Global Incentive Process Lead. I'm responsible for the VG global incentive processes and variable pay-related operations. My role is a kind of bridge between vision and administration. It is related to coordinating global incentive pre-payroll deliveries and IT infrastructure support and ensuring compliance with GDPR and corporate law. Cross-functional collaboration and communication with stakeholders from all around the world are my daily tasks. I'm a coordinator of a team of several people.I've participated in various global HR projects. The most current one is related to deploying a core HR tool. In my scope are: analyses, process management, process documentation, training sessions, testing, data quality assurance, stakeholder support, searching for good solutions, etc. I'm experienced in preparing and leading compensation & HR-related webinars, training, and meetings. My area of interest is compensation and compensation process supporting tools. I've worked with payroll, salary structure building, financial audits, various compensation processes, and knowledge transfers. I'm also experienced in coordinating various tool coding activities.
