• team management (20 FTE) for several countries (Poland, Czechia, Spain, Netherlands, Finland) for over 6.000 employees• close cooperation with management, HRBPs and other teams/stakeholders• projects: implementation of teleworking and creative works policies across the company, overtaking employees from different legacy/company, mass upload to Workday promotions/merits; updating processes according to the new legislation and business needs,• handling internal and external audits,• handling escalation on country level,• facilitation and automatization of HR processes,• preparing HR communication to all employees, • supporting organization effectiveness by implementing solutions aligned to the company’s strategy;
