I specialize in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for Sky, with a focus on sourcing talent for non-technical roles such as communications, finance, coordination, customer service, and more. I recruit for markets in Ireland, Scotland, and England, partnering closely with both hiring managers and talent advisors to ensure the recruitment process is seamless and efficient. Dealing with the whole candidate side from opening the position until releasing offers, involving shortlisting, direct sourcing, screening, giving rejection calls.Working in a huge, fast-paced environment and being responsible for a number of roles at the same time. Filled 15 roles in the month of working here. Actively using Workday, TUX, and LinkedIn as recruitment tools.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, I contribute to the growth of Nissan not only in Hungary but also in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Ukraine.
