I am a professional, with almost two years of international experience of people management in USA and Australia and almost three years of experience of IT Service Desk in Hungary - customers from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland.Through my work experience I have been exposed working with different types of people. While working on cruise ships, I was managing smaller and bigger teams, motivating the members for a more effective work dynamic by providing friendly and helpful environment.While as a Service Desk agent, I was myself a member of a group, in which I tried to motivate my own team members and assisting the customers, granting prompt and helpful solutions when facing IT related issues.My experiences at Carnival Cruise Lines and TATA Consultancy Services and other organisations has equipped me professionalism, an understanding of team dynamics and effective communication skills of any given assignment.I am passionate about accountability, good governance and proper resource management for the achievement of company goals.
