• I’m leading the Diageo Risk & Compliance agenda across Global Tax group function• I act as first point of contact for Global Tax stakeholders (people from all over the world)• I have been managing the end-to-end control testing process for Global Tax including design assessment, testing, sign-off processes and final documentation• I help in setting up robust remediation action plans for ineffective controls• I hold different kinds of trainings (CARM, Control design assessment, Integrated Risk Management Tool trainings) for control operators and control reviewers • I deliver reliance control testing to external auditors regularly

As an audit senior my main duties and responsibilities were the followings: • Planning the timing of the audit and cooperation with other team members (assistants, managers and partners)• Understand the significant flows of transactions; determine material classes of transactions, account balances and disclosures.• Coordinate and manage the whole audit fieldwork, coaching the audit assistants, supporting their works• Analyzing financial statements according to HAS and IFRS• Analytically examining accounting documents; locating and solving accounting problems • Proactively interact with key client’s management, identify and communicate issues and recommend solutions• Reviewing IFRS Group Reporting Package• Work under time pressure; meet the deadlines with the availability of overtime.
