The RTC Brussels office of VW Group mainly focuses in treasury activities.As executive management assistant within a team of two assistants I provided administrative support to Managers and team members of different departments while reporting to the Managing Director and the CEO of the company.

The work experience in the European Parliament contributed to improve my knowledge of the European Institutions. As executive assistant to a MEP I mainly focused on the coordination and the organization of the agenda, business travels and missions and I was also involved in communication and policy. While working in a high demanded environment I managed delicate information which required a high level of confidentiality. The nature of the position required a pro-active mind-set and approach, organization, flexibility, diplomacy, attention to details and discretion.

Thanks to the Schuman scholarship I started my work experience in the European Parliament. I spent five months as Assistant in the Directorate General Communication. My assignment was in the Seminar and Events Unit. The Unit manages the coordination of visitors of the EP from around the world. I manly focused on the performing speaker activities on EU history and functioning for Italian and International visitors of the European Parliament.I enjoyed presenting the functioning of the European Parliament to different group of visitors, with different professional backgrounds.

While working for the IDP European Consultants company I had the possibility to work on projects management. As assistant to the Managing Director I was involved in the preparation and submission of proposals to access EU grants and management of EU funded projects. I also coordinate and organized trainings for officials on EU funding programs.Being involved in projects management means to work under pressure and being reliable to meet deadlines along with an high demand of time management and organization skills.

The working experience in Honeywell emphasizes the flexibility I have in learning and working on new topics. I started as accountant after few months of trainings. Afterwards I supported the treasury department for the bank reconciliation activity I was responsible in preparing the financial reports for the monthly financial closing. The job required good numerical and analytical skills while meeting deadlines.
