    As a consultant with the Disability Inclusive Development team, I worked closely with the Global Disability Advisor to prioritize disability across sectors at the World Bank. I focused mostly on supporting Disability Inclusive Education with the USAID-funded Disability Inclusive Education in Africa Program and the multi-donor trust fund, the Inclusive Education Initiative. My responsibilities were to work alongside colleagues to develop reports on current efforts around disability inclusive education and ensure that they were widely disseminated in accessible formats. I led a Community of Practice that has grown to over 40,000 members. I also supported the updating of the Disability Inclusion and Accountability Framework which provides a roadmap for prioritizing disability inclusion in policies and practices. I led the way in ensuring that events our team hosted were accessible and inclusive but also trained other World Bank staff on how to do so. As part of ensuring this type of knowledge was something that all World Bank colleagues had access to, I co-developed the World Bank's Disability Inclusive Development eCourse that is available to all staff to take.
