Business Development Manager
Current• Identify and develop key relationships with the target customers to grow sales revenue;• Own the sales funnel across the entire cycle – from lead to close;• Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations;• Grow a deep engagement with customers to understand their needs and build/ nurture long term relationships;• Build a strong position within the client's organization;• Maintain an active dialogue with the clients;• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention as well as identify upselling opportunities;• Work directly with senior decision-makers; VP of Sales, VP of Engineering and their teams;• Prospect new opportunities through networking, events and other lead generation methods.
