CurrentAnna has substantial experience advising on significant commercial disputes, often with an international dimension. She has advised on disputes across diverse jurisdictions including the USA, South America, Africa, India and the Middle East, as well as many European jurisdictions. She advises on a wide range of contractual claims including director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and disputes arising out of professional negligence. Anna also has a particular interest in disputes in the energy sector, and has a number of years experience of advising businesses in the renewable energy industry as well as oil majors and smaller independents both within the UKCS and internationally. She has advised a number of oil companies on the implications of the Bribery Act 2010 on their international operations.Anna has particular expertise in international arbitration and has acted in arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules.
