Providing coaching to leadership on a variety of actions, include employees relations issues, policy interpretation and HR related applications; close cooperation with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention; provide HR policy guidance and ensuring compliance with legislation; identification of training needs; leading the team development sessions with managers cooperation; delivering reward and recognition and plan the special events for employees; consulting with managers on organization design and talent development; actively participate in recruitment -facilitating process of candidate selection, interviewing, providing job offer; leading/supporting managers and employees in annual HR cycle and processes, including performance management, merit salary increments, on-boarding and off-boarding process, employee engagements initiatives etc.; collaboration with company’s Trade Unions; conducting all activities related to the Social Fund; benefits advice, managing HR project e.g. implementing benefit platform; support in the implementation of global projects in the area of HR, managing the employees rebadging process.

Full support for HR administration & Payroll for 400 employees; preparing declarations to US, ZUS, GUS; reports and analysis for management; calculating salaries, overtime; preparing contracts, annexes, certificates of employment; employees’ benefits administration; preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating; conduct all activities related to the Social Fund, administration the TETA Constellation system.
