During my internship with Honeywell Aerospace, I worked with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team on their YETI and 100Amp Generator programs. Supporting these programs, I created APQP documentation including FMEA and control plans for APU sub-assemblies from Siemens Teamcenter EWI and engineering drawings. Additionally, I worked towards UPC updates and provided a recommendation to adjusting the UPC of the 1000Amp Generator, and worked with the design engineering team to design and evaluate mating parts for an air pressure test stand.

- Designed new test lines based on Buzz Analytics for product categories with no current testing standards using knowledge of lab equipment capabilities - Worked with cross-functional teams and sourcing office to align test methods and gather data- Analyzed benchmark testing results to create product requirements and presented these product requirements to merchandising team - Suggested redesign based on technical characteristics of underperforming product- Utilized Tableau to gather and analyze data on sales, customer RTV, and supplier history- Presented cost/opportunity and technical analysis to merchandising team and drove discontinuation and replacement of product
