As a Business Operations Coordinator I worked on a wide variety of different projects.▪️Supporting Microsoft Country Manager with various projects, including managing executive and politician meetings, creation of pre-meeting assets and research, and conducting post-meeting actions.▪️Led the organisation of Microsoft's Premier Fundraising and Networking event in Scotland (Microsoft Burns Supper), bringing together over 500 Microsoft customers and partners to raise £260k+ over a two-year period (19/20).▪️Developed a virtual webinar series for UK Public Sector organisations to support Early-in-Career employees throughout Covid-19, covering relevant IT focused topics over a 6-month period to strengthen Microsoft's commitment to development of STEM skills and careers in the UK. Included development of marketing campaign and internal comms plan to accelerate attendance and successfully build an EIC skills community.▪️Developed and led Microsoft Early-in-Career School Outreach team, involving school outreach campaigns, and creation and delivery of apprenticeship and STEM career workshops to schools in Scotland to enhance visibility of alternative routes for school leavers, reaching approximately 1,000 school pupils year-on-year from 2017-2021.▪️Representing Digital Careers and Women in Technology across various internal and external channels, including partnerships with Skills Development Scotland, Education Scotland, and Developing Young Workforce to deliver workshops and presentations both face-to-face and digitally to school pupils across Scotland.

Responsible for the planning and facilitating of 1:1 Executive Briefings, Multi-Customer Roundtables and Peer-to-Peer engagements for Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector customers, developing bespoke events curated to joint customer and Microsoft objectives.

18-month Modern Apprenticeship programme with Microsoft. SCQF Level 6 qualifications gained in Digital Marketing and Digital Application Support through Modern Apprenticeship.▪️Growing brand across social media channels with content focussing on upcoming events, partner success, and customer success stories.▪️Managing the coordination of all partner and customer events across Microsoft Scotland offices, including creation of meeting assets.▪️Promotion of Microsoft Early-in-Career programmes across social media, alongside leading Microsoft engagement across school career fairs and graduate events.▪️Supporting Marketing Manager with the organisation of Microsoft's Premier Fundraising and Networking event in Scotland (Microsoft Burns Supper), raising circa £170k for 3 charity partners over two-year period (17/18).
