Working efficiently as part of a small team which includes responsibility for stock rotation, food handling, stock taking, cash handling and customer satisfaction through building a rapport with frequent customers.

Organising appointments and communicating both via email and telephone with a variety of mortgage clientele aswell as other industry professionals. My days consisted of a variety of administrative tasks including tracking updates on mortgage applications through conversing via telephone with solicitors, banks and other industry administrative staff which resulted in updating spreadsheets and informing clients of the progress.

My role in Tesco included stacking shelves and documenting stock inventory accompanied with operating checkouts which included cash handling. More importantly my role involved building a rapport with customers which offered a sense of normality and comfort during the uncertain time of the Covid-19 lockdown.
