I am a Product Manager with over 6 years of experience. I create and develop products collaborate closely with clients, based on collected data and our clients and partners feedback. Even one of my ideas was realized as a new product.I lead a team, create and develop a process based on Agile methodology. First, I changed the Waterfall methodology to an agile one with Kanban elements. Then i started implementing, training and facilitating the practice of Agile best practices and methodologies, adapting them to the current needs of the team.
