- Coordinate projects with external resources to identify and define requirements, scopes and objectives that align with internal goals. - Coordinate internal resources, ensuring resources have enough skills and information of their tasks.- Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organised, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates- Act as a point of communication between company teams and external - Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling marketing actions.- Define end-to-end marketing campaigns. Supervise principal KPI's to analyse the performance of communications/actions. When necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit.- Collaborate with different department to help them resolve internal business questions.- Gather and analyse the strategic information to make easier the decision making. - Develop dashboards for data visualisation of metrics and key performance indicators. - Using technologies as Power BI for data visualisation, SQL or SAP - Business Objects for extract data and R to adapt data to different needs
