I , Anna Mmalepile Monyane Makhoba have more than 12 years experience in Human Resources. I completed grade 12 in 2003, joined Wits University in 2004 to study Bachelor of Commerce degree which I completed in 2006. In 2007 I joined UTi Logistics as a graduate intern in the Freight Forwarding and Training department on contract. After the contract expired I joined Consol Glass in the HR and Training department, I started working as a Skills Development Facilitator then joined the HR department as an HR officer. I then furthered my studies with Unisa for a BCOM Honours Degree which I completed in 2011. In 2015 I joined AECI Mining in the Human Capital department as a Human Capital Associate. I worked for the company for more than 6 years ,and I also completed the Post Grad Labour Law with UJ (Cum Laude). I was awarded with Excellent Service award while at the company. Throughout my career I have worked in HR Admin, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, Managing project etc. I left AECI Mining in October 2021 to pursue personal goals. In October 2022 I joined Frontline Aids, a non profit organisation based in the UK/CT as an HR/People Advisor.
