Over the course of a year, I taught a variety of weekly classes and also expanded to 1:1 personal training sessions with gym members.In this role I helped beginners gain confidence in a gym setting, using my time management skills to cater the role around my studies. I created tailored fitness plans for each client, demonstrating organisational abilities.
