Working as a sole QA engineer in a promising music tech startup. Setting up general requirements for apps and web payment testing, creating test suites for feature and live-ops testing, managing external QA team, working in close collaboration with developers, product owners and designers. Achievements so far: Reduced the number of hotfixes by 50% Tested major features such as in-app accounts, migration from Unity payments to RevenueCat, Flurry SDK update, 2 content-heavy updates, launch of 2 new apps, 2 web payment portals (using Stripe payments), regression testing after re-routering and refactoring the apps - all released without further hotfixes. Established QA process from scratch: wrote core test cases, testing requirements and recommendations in Notion, set up and manage a Trello board for bug reporting flow, introduced Postman for Stripe API testing, developed Firebase real time database (RTDB) integration testing and A/B tests for monetisation.
