Main responsibilities:- Complete all accounting activities upon which statutory reporting and tax returns depends - Provide with the reconciliation of VAT and local taxes - Ensure all tax related corrections and adjustments in the system - Operate co-operatively with Financial Transaction teams providing mutual assistance where possible to deliver overall success in tax settlements - Prepare and deliver timely and accurately VAT tax returns to the Tax Authorities (Norway, Denmark, Italy, UK. 8/13rd directive)- Prepare intrastat reporting and EU sales list- Provide assistance to the tax reviews and statutory audits- VAT tax advising- VAT training for AP and AR- Lider for MIT CSA group (Manage Indirect Tax - Control self assurance)

Responsibilities:- managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, processing transactions, intercompany invoices,- reconciliation of monthly balance sheet accounts and reconcile of statutory balance sheet against corporate balance sheet,- checking variances of actual invoice amounts against commitments and cost centres,- assisting in analysis of various costs based on relevant cost drivers against budget and forecast,- preparing and processing journal entries for accounting records,- preparing TaxPack for tax return documents,- managing CH2M Hill Social Fund,- providing training and support of using CH2M financial systems to Polish and Russian accounting departments
