Senior Agile Business Analyst in the IT industry. With human centered design in mind, I have been focused on Business Process Improvement and Systems Process Engineering and Development, performing roles such as Business and Process Analyst. Having worked in Telstra for over 14 years, I have undertaken a number of different roles across multiple lines of businesses which gave me skills in Commercial and Contract management, Delivery and Assurance, Project Delivery. My career in telecommunications has provided me with deep experience in that sector but it has also provided me with a broad range of technical, commercial and organisational skills that are equally relevant across sectors.
