Accumulated more than 20 years of experience in public service, institutions of higher learning and the Non-governmental organisations. Joined current employer with a first class degree in Financial Management and a Master in Business Administration in Financial Management and a Certified Public Accountant registered in Tanzania. Since academic achievement/accomplishment I have developed (and developing) my career in Financial Management, Leadership, resource mobilization & grants compliance in multi-donor programme management with key interests in systems strengthening and working for the poor in marginalized communities at senior management in Tanzania. I do possess additional training and expertise and vast experience in Health Systems Strengthening projects where I led a team focusing on improving Delivery of Quality Health Care at the point of delivery in Tanzania with main focus on Human Resources for Health. Worked as Director of Finance in various organization, lead grants managements departments, Administration, IT etc and moved on to becoming the Country Director for WaterAid Tanzania. Successfully leading the team through a Business Continuity plan and worked with the team to raise the profile of the organizations in programme delivery, relationship development and management; risk management and overall performance of the Programme. I am currently serving as member of various Boards for local and international NGOs, Banks and is a volunteer in various social networks particularly in availing financial advice to women and underprivileged communities.
