About Anna Navin Young
As a coaching psychologist, researcher, and educator, I believe how we think about, value, and spend our time matters. I am interested in how people’s experiences of time influence their decisions and habits, and how this influence ultimately impacts their health, happiness, and wellbeing. Further, I am interested in how individual-focused professional services, such as coaching, can support individuals and groups to enhance the quality of their lives through improving their relationships with time.Currently, I am a PhD Researcher and Assistant Lecturer in the School of Applied Psychology at University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. I received by MA in Applied Psychology: Positive and Coaching Psychology (first class honors) from University College Cork. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Goucher College, receiving honors in both my Psychology and American Studies degrees, a minor in Professional Writing, and receiving the Rhoda M. Dorsey Leadership Award.
