Our mission is to enhance health and happiness through translational research, practice, and education in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and to create community in these fields. The lab is made up of a team of passionate lecturers, doctoral, master's, and undergraduate students who conduct research on a variety of topics related to human flourishing. We are located in the School of Applied Psychology in University College Cork, Ireland.
