• Make a daily report on the total cargo discharged from the vessel, update the cargo condition, compute the actual cargo quantity, and update all client information if any issues arise during the discharge time.• Make and check survey reports, collect and arrange papers, save documents, and record survey information.• Customer communication about reports/debit notes• Calculate the data for the data draft survey, bulk cargo, cargo in bags, spell check, file images, covers, close the books, and create files for report scanning.• Make a monthly cash report and payment: phone bill, energy, water, all of which are cash-related charges, inspection fees (fuel, overtime, transportation garbage, fare, etc. ); receipt vouchers• Do overtime timekeeping for surveyors.• Update personal files of staff and customer files• Arrange time for the Manager to interview.• Do tasks related to social insurance• Arrange and preserve ISO documentation, as well as the survey report.• Keep track of office supplies.• Handle post and deliveries.• Contact with services such as photo, internet, printing, design ...• Perform all office administrative tasks.• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
