In the office I support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing. I also coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating iteneraries, and ordering marketing collateral.

Planning marketing campaigns; delegating tasks to project team members, supervising those employees; creating and managing a content calendar; scheduling deadlines; ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.

Create production schedule to ensure the publications meets its deadline. Work with the editorial and design teams to ensure coordination between departments.

Assist new students in locating resources, understanding the cycle of college events and activities, understanding student responsibilities, and most importantly, help instill confidence and help them discover their own potential in navigating college and life itself.
