As an Experiential Operations Specialist at Shipt, I work with the Flex Team to provide exceptional customer service and empower change. I leverage my communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to handle complex and diverse situations and deliver optimal solutions for our clients and partners. I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Montevallo, where I gained extensive knowledge and experience in working with grief and geriatric populations. I completed a counseling internship at UAB Medicine, where I provided person-centered and compassionate care to patients and families in the Palliative Comfort Care Unit and the Geriatric Clinic. I am also working towards my LMFT and LPC licenses to further enhance my professional development and impact.
