I am a Student Recruiter for BYU Staff & Student Recruiting in the Blue Collar/Trades division with previous hiring experience as an HR Specialist Student Lead at the BYU Staff Employment Office. As a junior in the HR Management program at the Marriott School of Business, I have honed my leadership skills as Vice President for BYU Society of Human Resource Management. Because of my active community outreach to the Hispanic community for over 3 years, my Senators nationally recognized me by giving me the Gold Medal Congressional Award. I am frequently looking for opportunities to serve my community with the skills I have developed in my HR work and school experience.I am trained in generative AI, specifically Microsoft Copilot Enterprise, utilizing principles of prompt engineering to apply AI to HR functions. I am passionate about working with others, organizing, creative problem solving, and have a hobby of designing through Microsoft and Google resources.
