To provide administrative support to Unipart Group Occupational Health such as general administrative duties; undertake filing, scanning, archiving and to provide central point of contact for all OH enquiries. To provide support to the occupational health team.Collate OH figures for KPI reporting.To plan 4 different Occupational Health Clinics for 5 team members across 16 different sites. To form an integral part of the OH team and deliver an excellent service to business.Manage and plan OH diaries.Maintain and update tracker system for OH appointments, medical reports and specialist referrals  To record all attendances and failures to attend on google spread sheets. Keyboard skills and a basic to medium level of understanding of Outlook, Word & Excel and Google Drive and Chrome. To liaise with managers to arrange release of employee to attend clinic times around the working day.. Deal with third party requests for copies of confidential medical files. This may include external professionals such as GP’s, multi-disciplinary medical teams and legal teams.  Able to work alone but also as a good team member Ensure supplies are ordered accordingly and budgetary including handling purchase orders and invoice for Occupational health.
