· Logging received import requests and import entries· Sending clearance instructions· Reconciliation of deferment account· Answering phone calls· Auditing import entries· Freight Accounting – logging invoices to database, checking and approving invoices, emailing couriers and agents requesting credit notes

· Coordinating the cyclical stock counting procedures, investigating issues and variances· Checking and processing purchase orders· Issuing credit requests for faulty items· Ensuring stock adjustments and stock transfers are processed accurately and in a timely manner· General office tasks such as scanning, filing, photocopying etc.

· Ensuring that all cash, credit and debit cards, cheque and other methods of tender are reconciled· Caring out all cash reconciliation work· Responsible for the security of monies held in the branch safe· Maintain all cash administration documentation

· Answering emails, Providing General Information· Logging telephone payments· Replying to written correspondence from customers· Managing Stationery for the Office and other Franchisees, Stock Taking, Purchasing, Purchase Order Processing, Dispatching to other areas· Administration support for the Manager and the rest of the Office· Will Binding· Reception, Meeting and Greeting· Up-dating Will Bank (Computerized System)· Processing and Recording Signed Wills· Marketing, sending out Mail shots
