I help to showcase the importance of clean renewable energy and how this can benefit individuals by decreasing their energy costs. As Marketing Administrator I have created an online presence for EnergyZone and delved into social media to widen and engage with their target audience. By producing consistent content, our platforms are continuing to grow, reaching new audiences every day and helping more people make the transition from fossil fuel heating to low carbon solutions. In addition to social media presence, I have worked alongside colleagues to provide continual support to our current and past clients, and as a result, we produced a ‘How To’ YouTube Channel. These videos providing instructions and guidance of how to use their new heating appliances, make the transition from fossil fuel to renewable as easy as possible.

I had worked within the Hospitality Industry of Pubs and Restaurants for nearly 6 years before arriving at the Church Inn. Situated in Ludlow in a big Tourism Hub, this was a real opportunity for me to put my tourism knowledge to use and to provide the best customer service. Working at the Church Inn was all about teamwork and overcoming obstacles together, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. Maintaining high quality USPH standards, abiding by the consistently changing restrictions, and ensuring that all customers were abiding by them as well was certainly a challenge. But as a team we continued to provide the best experience for the customer whilst keeping everyone safe. During my time at the Church Inn I was promoted to Assistant Manager, giving me a lot more responsibility and providing me with experience in stock takes, invoice monitoring and hotel admin.

Pioneer Expeditions Worldwide Ltd. is a specialist adventure tour operator owned and managed by its directors. Pioneer Expeditions have a passion for bringing the best travel experiences to their clients from some of the most remote corners of the world.My position as Marketing Intern meant that I was responsible for promoting these remote destinations on both social media and via company newsletters, as well as completing admin jobs such as risk assessments and updating the company website.

This was a summer job in which I looked after children that came to Country Treks for a pony camp. This included cooking for them and putting on activties on in the evening, as well as supervising them over night.
