Insurance:Anna was a Solution Delivery Lead in a project that built a new claim handling system. Anna’s main responsible in the project was to coordinate the work towards IT, both internal and external. Anna worked close with the project vendor and together with them made sure that the project plan of build and development went as plan. When the project enter the test phase most of Anna’s time was spent to coordinating the deployments to the test environments.

Production: Anna was Programme and Project Manager at a production company within mining and construction. A new factory was under construction which had big impact on the whole company. Anna coordinated the work of logistics and flows at Process Assembly both when it comes to an interim solution and for the future. The work also included to run some of the projects and to coordinate all the projects running at Process Assembly towards other processes.

Investment bank:Anna run a project at an investment bank in Copenhagen. The investment bank bought a competitor´s Nordic operations. A new IT-infrastructure was build at the newly acquired investment bank and the new owners management was very pleased that the project was successful despite the short time frame.When the newly acquired investment bank was up and running Anna started as an consultant there and manage several projects as; Implementing the Incident/Change/Release mgmt system SCSM (System Center Service Manager), full technical hardware upgrade of the old IT infrastructure (Windows/Unix), e-mail improvement, system backup, RSA token support, PC upgrade to Windows 7 and coordinate the built of a new cage in a data center.

Mobile Communications: Anna where the contact person for IT errands when it come to business applications/systems within R&D (Research & Development) competence area. As Solution Manager Anna worked proactive towards business, doing roadmaps for the application and ensuring that business had the best support for their IT environment and demands. As a Modification Manager Anna handled requirements from business (analysis to production) towards IT and completed the delivery - a coordinating role. The requirements varied with a wide span of demands i.e. from creating new applications, set-up test lab network to hardware upgrades.

Anna run various project at Europolitan AB/Vodafone AB/Telenor AB such as; - A prestudy where the result was to improve and do Telenor Sweden AB's web portals more effective towards private and business customers.- A project where the goal was to develop the systems so Glocalnet:s sellers could sell a mobile and subscription via Sony Ericsson P900.- A product development project to implement the possibility to handle fixed numbers in all systems.- Project Manager for Billing and CRM in the IPC project (Intelligent Package Core). - Projects with Anoto Group AB where the project developed a customer offer with new technology. The digital pen & paper technology via the mobile telephone bluetooth.Annas worked at IT Billing and Provisioning and run project that effected business-, economy-, web-, networks-, billing and provisioningsystems.
