As TA Manager at ALTEN, I lead and have personnel responsibility for a team consisting of 17 Talent Acquisition Partners, whose main responsibility is to support business managers in recruitment processes for various assignments, by finding and attracting the right talent to ALTEN.In this role, I am mainly responsible for: - Driving Talent Acquisition and strategies for recruitment, as well as ensuring the team has the right resources to achieve the desired result according to set KPIs and goals.- Develop routines, ways of working and processes that ultimately aim to ensure a good candidate experience. - Manage personnel matters: Career talks, salary talks, competence development, continuous follow-ups, exit talks, etc.- Recruitment of Talent Acquisition Partners when needed, as well as developing and ensuring a good onboarding process for employment.- Plan and arrange team days with focus on competence development and team building.- Various administration regarding recruitment and reporting to the HRBP Manager.

As Team Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, I led a team consisting of 12 Talent Acquisition Partners, whose main task was to support consulting managers in recruitment processes by finding candidates with the right drive, commitment and skills for ALTEN.The role included: - Run and manage various personel matters together with the HRBP Manager: Career Talks, salary talks, competence development, continuous follow-ups, exit interviews, etc. - Support the team in various issues related to the TAP role and recruitment.- Ensuring that the team had the right resources to achieve the desired results according to set goals and KPIs.- Develop routines, ways of working and processes that ultimately aimed to ensure a good candidate experience.- Recruiting Talent Acquisition Partners when needed, as well as developing and ensuring a good onboarding process for employment.- Plan and implement team days with a focus on competence development and team building.- Various administration regarding recruitment and reporting to the HRBP Manager.

Worked with recruitment in the domains of Life Science, Defense & Aerospace, and Analysis & Simulation. Tasks include ad writing, resume evaluation, screening interviews, as well as search and headhunting on LinkedIn Recruiter. I was also involved in running ALTEN's internal network WOMEN @ ALTEN in order to inspire young girls to choose technical educations and create togetherness among our female consultants.

Worked with volume recruitment in finance, administration and logistics for both private and public sector. My main tasks included ad writing, resume evaluation, screening interviews, and search and headhunting on LinkedIn Recruiter.

Worked with IT recruitment where my main focus was search and sourcing of senior IT developers.

Chalmers Student Union Recruitment is a student-run company by Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Gothenburg. There I worked with the entire recruitment process within IT and engineering. My tasks included customer meetings, writing ads according to specification, screening interviews, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to customers. In addition to this, I planned and conducted various events and recruitment fairs on Chalmers campus.

Worked part time with logistics and order planning in SAP related to production and inventory, as well as ensuring that deliveries arrived on time to customers. The tasks also included other administration such as invoicing.
