Anna has been a consistent advocate for the financial inclusion for the underserved and development of Hispanic families with over 15 years experience in the for profit and not for profit sectors. This has included the development and support of inclusive strategies for access to higher education and the financial resources to make higher education a reality as well as corporate financial experience. She is fully proficient in Spanish with more than ten years of language development through immersion experiences and educational opportunities and is a certified interpreter. Anna graduated with honors from Luther College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, Communication and International Studies. She also completed her Masters of Public Administration with an emphasis in Executive Development at Drake University. In addition, Anna is a 2011-2012 Leadership Iowa graduate.
